OnePlus is preparing to launch the OnePlus N6 on June 30. This device will be the first phone in the company’s new N Series lineup. The brand has already shown the phone in two color options. It also confirmed a large 8,000 mAh battery for the device.
Now, OnePlus has revealed another key detail about charging speed. In a post on X, OnePlus confirmed that the N6 will support 45W SuperVOOC charging. The company claims the phone can deliver 1.7 hours of video playback with just a 5-minute charge. Additionally, the shared video hints at reverse wired charging support. However, the charging speed for other devices is not confirmed yet.
Meanwhile, more details about the smartphone have appeared online. A OnePlus device carrying the model number CPH2955 has shown up on Geekbench. It is widely believed to be the upcoming OnePlus N6.
Several Geekbench listings for the CPH2955 confirm Android 16 and 6GB RAM. The device also runs on MediaTek’s MT6835 octa-core processor. This chipset is linked to Dimensity 6100+ and Dimensity 6300.
Further details suggest the phone uses the Dimensity 6300. The confirmation comes from CPU clock speeds. The two Cortex-A76 cores run up to 2.4GHz. In comparison, the Dimensity 6100+ reaches up to 2.2GHz. Both processors include six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at up to 2GHz.
On Geekbench, the CPH2955 has shown a top single-core score of 788. It also records a multi-core score of 2029.
However, OnePlus has not shared the full specifications yet. More details are expected before the official launch event. With more than a week left, the company may reveal additional features soon.
