The cancellations follow ongoing diplomatic developments related to Iran-US negotiations, which have prompted airlines to revise their operational flight schedules.
Karachi recorded the highest number of disruptions, with 18 flights cancelled across its Gulf routes, according to airport officials familiar with the matter.
Islamabad Airport reported 12 cancelled flights, while Lahore saw nine services suspended on routes serving Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Bahrain, Kuwait and Fujairah.
Peshawar Airport experienced six cancellations, bringing the combined national total to 45 affected Gulf flights across all four Pakistani airports.
Sources confirmed the flight adjustments are temporary, with schedules subject to further revision depending on how regional conditions continue to develop.
