The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has launched a universal access number, allowing people anywhere in Pakistan and abroad to directly reach emergency helpline 15 at any time.
Citizens living outside Punjab can now call 042-111-111-015 to reach Punjab Police and the emergency helpline 15 without being redirected to another provincial emergency system automatically.
Overseas Pakistanis can access the same services by dialling +92-42-111-111-015, giving them a direct line to the emergency helpline 15 from any country internationally.
Previously, calls made from outside Punjab were automatically routed to local provincial emergency systems, preventing callers from connecting directly with the PSCA.
A spokesperson for the Punjab Safe Cities Authority confirmed that all major PSCA services would now be accessible through this single universal number across Pakistan and overseas.
The services now available through the number include a virtual women police station, a child safety centre, a virtual blood bank, and a dedicated minority support centre.
Callers can also access traffic-related assistance, psychological support services, and free legal guidance, all provided through the Punjab Safe Cities Authority’s centralised emergency platform.
