ROZEE.PK has launched Employer Verification Badges for its website recently for checking the National Identification of the employers.
Employer verification is very crucial in online job hunting because of the probability of falsifying news and job scamming especially in case of online jobs and home-based jobs. Many people have fallen victim to the job scamming and have lost millions over the years. Monis Rehman, CEO and Founder of ROZEE.PK, while commenting on this update said,
“ROZEE.PK takes verification of all employers that post jobs on our site very seriously. Some employers do not provide their complete information including CNIC or government issued identification and therefore our support team is not able to verify their identity. These employers are listed on ROZEE.PK as “Unverified”. Discretion should be used when applying to jobs of unverified employers.”
All the authenticated employers and jobs will appear with a green “Verified” sign while others will be listed in yellow “Unverified” badge. Monis added that a Green Badge will instill confidence in job seekers and it will attract more quality candidates. It will be a win-win situation for both the professionals and the companies.
