Samsung Confirms No Galaxy S26 Edge or S26 Pro This Year

Published by

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S26 series is drawing attention, as fans speculate about potential changes in the lineup. Questions have circulated about whether the Galaxy S26 Edge will replace the S26 Plus or if the Pro model will take the vanilla S26’s place. Early rumors suggested neither would happen, and the latest leak appears to confirm that.

A promotional PDF published by Samsung Colombia reveals that this year’s Galaxy S26 Unpacked event will introduce the Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra. Notably, the Pro and Edge variants are missing from the document.

This does not entirely rule out the Edge or Pro models. There are hints that the Edge, at least, could launch later, but current signs indicate Samsung may abandon the Edge series for now. Fans will need to wait for official confirmation during the event.
