Samsung could raise prices for its upcoming Galaxy S27 lineup by $75 to $100, according to a new report from South Korea, adding to concerns that rising memory costs will make the company’s next flagship phones more expensive.
The reported increase follows an earlier rumor suggesting that Samsung was considering higher prices for the Galaxy S27 series. However, it remains unclear whether the proposed hike would come on top of the price increases introduced with the Galaxy S26 lineup earlier this month or be calculated against the S26 series’ original launch prices.
The potential increase could also vary by model and storage configuration. An earlier rumor suggested that prices for base Galaxy S27 models could rise by around $95, while higher-storage variants could see increases of as much as $200.
Rising memory prices are reportedly driving Samsung’s pricing considerations, potentially adding pressure to the cost of its next-generation flagship devices. Samsung has not confirmed the reported price changes, and the final pricing for the Galaxy S27 lineup remains unknown.
