Citizens seeking benefits under the Prime Minister’s Fuel Relief Scheme can now call a round-the-clock helpline, 021-111-374-634, set up by the Sindh Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control Department on Friday.
The department notified the helpline in line with a September 16, 2026 letter from the Ministry of Energy, Petroleum Division, Directorate General (Oil), Islamabad, which called for a public facilitation mechanism under the scheme.
The helpline operates from the Motor Registration Wing on the third floor of the Civic Centre (KDA) in Karachi. It serves as a designated facilitation centre and point of contact for citizens, and it takes calls 24 hours a day.
Officials at the helpline will guide callers on the registration procedure, eligibility criteria and other requirements of the scheme. They will also explain how to avail the benefits and answer general queries about its implementation.
Although the facility is based in Karachi, it will serve citizens across Pakistan, with a particular focus on residents of Sindh. The department said the mechanism took effect immediately.
Citizens can call 021-111-374-634 for information on registration, eligibility, procedural requirements and other matters related to the scheme.
