Vivo has expanded its S-series lineup with the launch of the new vivo S2 FE. The company brought the S-series back to India with the vivo S2 in August. The new model stands out with a huge 10,000mAh battery and a 6.83-inch AMOLED display. It also brings fast charging and reverse charging support.
The 10,000mAh battery is the largest capacity offered by Vivo on one of its phones. The S2 FE supports 44W fast charging and can also charge other devices. The phone is powered by the Dimensity 7300e chipset. It features a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The display also includes an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric security. Meanwhile, the phone is designed to handle everyday use with added durability features. For photography, the Vivo S2 FE has a dual-camera setup on the back. It includes a 50MP Sony IMX852 main sensor and a 2MP secondary camera.
The phone also has a 32MP front camera for selfies and video calls. On the software side, it runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6. Vivo has also given the S2 FE an IP69 rating for protection against water and dust. The phone carries MIL-STD-810H certification for durability.
Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and GPS. The phone will be offered in Stellar Green, Titan Black, and Zen White. The vivo S2 FE will go on sale in India starting October 20. The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model costs INR 38,999. Meanwhile, the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is priced at INR 42,999.
