Vivo is expected to launch the X500 series this month, and the standard Vivo X500 is already appearing in several certification databases. The smartphone has been listed by IMDA in Singapore, SIRIM in Malaysia, and TÜV under the model number V2619.
The SIRIM listing confirms that the V2619 model number belongs to the vivo X500. Meanwhile, the IMDA certification reveals support for 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC connectivity. The TÜV certification also points to support for 90W wired fast charging.
Previous leaks suggest that the vivo X500 will feature an OLED display with a “1.5K” resolution. The phone is also rumored to pack a large 7,500 mAh battery. Reports further claim that it will support 40W wireless charging.
Vivo has already confirmed several key camera specifications for the upcoming device. The X500 will feature a 50MP main camera with Sony’s 1/1.28-inch type Lytia 828 sensor. It will also include a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 64MP periscope telephoto camera using the Sony Lytia 610 sensor.
With several certifications now appearing online, more details about the vivo X500 could surface before its official launch. The upcoming smartphone appears set to offer a large battery, fast charging, and a capable camera system.
