Jazz Tops List Of Telecom Complaints Received By Pta In March 2025

ISLAMABAD: Jazz received the highest number of telecom complaints in Pakistan during March 2025, according to official data released by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) reported receiving a total of 9,476 complaints from telecom consumers across Pakistan in March 2025. Out of these, 9,182 (96.9%) were resolved. The majority of complaints were filed against cellular mobile operators (CMOs), which account for the largest share of telecom users in the country.

Among all operators, Jazz topped the list with 3,799 complaints, out of which 3,752 (98.8%) were resolved. The data highlights that Jazz had the most dissatisfied customers during the reporting period.

Following Jazz, Zong received 2,303 complaints, with 2,233 (97%) resolved. Telenor was next with 1,727 complaints and a resolution rate of 96.4% (1,665 addressed). Ufone received 1,151 complaints, out of which 1,113 (96.7%) were resolved.

Beyond mobile operators, PTA also received 81 complaints regarding basic telephony services, resolving 71 (88.9%). Additionally, 387 complaints were filed against internet service providers (ISPs), with 326 (84.2%) resolved.

The March 2025 data reflects growing customer concerns about service quality, with Jazz receiving the highest number of telecom complaints in Pakistan, despite maintaining a high resolution rate.
