Faisal Jeddy Appointed as the New PSEB CEO

The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) has announced the appointment of Mr. Faisal Jeddy as its new Chief Executive Officer. The PSEB operates under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecom (MoITT).

Who is Faisal Jeddy?

Mr. Jeddy holds over two decades of leadership experience, primarily in Silicon Valley. His professional background includes expertise in scaling technology businesses, managing public offerings, and handling mergers and acquisitions. He has also been actively engaged with technology leaders across international markets. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Jeddy served as the Global Chief Strategy Officer at Systems Limited. He also holds a leadership position within the Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs (OPEN).

PSEB: Strategic Objectives

According to the PSEB’s announcement, Mr. Jeddy has returned to Pakistan with a focus on strengthening the country’s technology ecosystem. His stated objectives include connecting the local industry with global opportunities and driving strategic growth for the sector.

The appointment comes as the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) continues its work in Pakistan’s IT and ITeS sector. The Board and Ministry have expressed their expectation for Mr. Jeddy’s guidance in leading the organisation forward.
