Oppo quietly widened its A-series lineup today with three new A6t phones. They join the A6, A6s, and A6x models already announced this week, giving buyers even more choices across markets. However, most of these phones share the same hardware, which makes the lineup harder to follow.
The top model in this group is the Oppo A6t Pro. It uses a 6.75-inch LCD with 720×1570 resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen also reaches 1,125 nits of peak brightness. Inside, the phone runs on the Snapdragon 685 SoC. On the back, it has a 50MP main camera and a 2MP monochrome sensor. The front carries an 8MP selfie camera. It also brings IP69 dust and water resistance.
The A6t Pro packs a large 7,000 mAh battery with 45W wired charging support. It measures 166.61 x 78.51 x 8.61mm and weighs 215g. Oppo will sell it in Crystal Violet and Crystal White. Each unit comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. In fact, this phone matches the A6s 4G in every way, except for the colors.
The A6t 4G sits one step below. It keeps the same 6.75-inch screen and the same Snapdragon 685 chip. Still, it comes with a smaller 6,500 mAh battery. The camera setup also changes, with a 13MP main camera, a QVGA monochrome sensor, and a 5MP selfie camera. The phone carries an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.
This model comes in Crystal Violet and Crystal Blue. Its size stays the same as the A6t Pro, but it weighs 210g, just like the A6x 4G. Oppo will sell it in three memory options, including 4/64GB, 4/128GB, and 6/128GB. Like the Pro, it matches another phone in the lineup, since it is identical to the A6x 4G.
The A6t 5G adds faster network support and a new chip. It runs on the Dimensity 6300 SoC instead of the Snapdragon. It uses a 50MP main camera, a 2MP monochrome sensor, and a 5MP front camera. Apart from these changes, it looks and feels the same as the A6t 4G. It also matches the A6x 5G if you ignore the color options.
Oppo now sells many versions of what is almost the same phone. The reason behind these names remains unclear. Still, the company often uses different labels for different markets. As with the rest of the A6 series, Oppo has not shared pricing or launch dates yet.
