Cricket West Indies (CWI) has unveiled its new playing kit for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2026, which will be held in India and Sri Lanka.
The kit has been designed in partnership with technical sponsor Macron and marks 10 years since the famous triumph of West Indies in 2016, when the team won global title after a dramatic final against England.
Officials said the launch highlights the long history of the West Indies cricket team and global influence, including two Cricket World Cups, two T20 World Cups and an ICC Champions Trophy.
The new West Indies jersey keeps its traditional maroon colour, with yellow and light-blue trim on the collar and sleeves, an abstract palm-leaf design symbolises Caribbean unity and strength identity.
CWI has also announced a special offer for fans, with those buying the official jersey before the event ends on March 8 automatically entered into a draw to win either a signed shirt or a signed bat from the full 2026 squad.
West Indies will begin their T20 World Cup campaign on February 7 against Scotland at Eden Gardens, with Shai Hope leading the side. The two-time champions will also face England, Nepal and Italy in their group matches.
Last week, Cricket West Indies announced a star-studded 15-member squad for the marquee event, with two-time World Cup-winning captain, Darren Sammy, as the head coach of the team.
