Experienced South African batter Quinton de Kock achieved major milestone in T20 Internationals during the ongoing World Cup 2026 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, India.
When the left-handed batter reached 13 runs against New Zealand, he completed 3,000 runs in the shortest format, becoming the first South African batter to achieve the feat.

In the ongoing encounter against the Kiwis, Quinton de Kock scored 20 runs off 14 balls, including three fours and one six, stitching together a crucial 62-run opening partnership with Aiden Markram.
