Oppo is set to expand its F-series lineup with a fresh release set for mid-April. The company has now locked the launch date for its new F33 series, which will include the standard F33 and the F33 Pro. These models will arrive as the direct successors to last year’s F31 lineup. The announcement adds more clarity to the brand’s mid-range strategy as competition continues to rise in the smartphone market.
The F33 series will be officially unveiled in India on April 15. Along with the launch timing, Oppo also shared the phone’s design and color choices through an official poster posted on X. This early reveal gives users a first look at the design direction before the event.
The spotlight is clearly on the F33 Pro, which brings a strong focus on camera performance. It will feature a 50MP front camera designed for high-quality selfies and video calls. On the rear, the device will carry a 50MP main camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor. Oppo has also highlighted that the front camera supports a wide field of view and includes a 0.6x wide-angle mode for group shots and broader framing.
The display also plays an important role in the F33 Pro experience. It will come with a 6.57-inch screen that aims to balance size and comfort for daily use. The device is expected to be offered in three different color options. It will also weigh 194g, which keeps it relatively lightweight for its category.
Recent leaks have also added more detail about the hardware setup. The F33 Pro is said to be powered by the Dimensity 6360 Max SoC. It is also expected to pack a large 7,000mAh battery. Fast charging support may go up to 80W, which would place it among faster-charging phones in its segment.
There is a possibility that after the India launch, Oppo may also bring the new F33 series to Pakistan. However, nothing has been officially confirmed yet.
