Apple’s first foldable iPhone may disappoint users expecting vibrant color choices. A new report from China claims the device will launch in only two colors. The foldable model is widely rumored to arrive under the name “iPhone Ultra.”
According to the report, white will definitely be one of the available options. The second color could be a more subtle shade, such as silver or navy blue. However, the source did not reveal the exact finish Apple plans to use.
This is not the first time such claims have appeared online. Back in February, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reported that Apple was considering dark gray or black alongside white or silver for the foldable iPhone.
The latest rumor also matches Apple’s usual design strategy. The company often keeps premium devices limited to simple and elegant colors. As a result, the foldable iPhone may follow the same approach instead of offering brighter shades.
Apple has not officially confirmed the device yet. However, rumors about the company’s foldable iPhone continue to grow ahead of its expected launch.
