K-Electric has introduced card payments at selected customer care centres, enabling customers to pay bills without cash, reducing queues and making bill payments more convenient.
According to K-Electric, customers can now settle their bills instantly through point-of-sale (POS) machines installed at designated customer care centers.
The facility accepts major cards including PayPak, Mastercard, Visa, and UnionPay, giving customers multiple options for digital payment.
Company officials said the POS-based payment system is designed to be both fast and secure, offering customers a more convenient alternative to traditional bill payment methods.
Under the previous system, customers were required to pay in cash or visit banks and other designated centers, often facing long waiting times.
K-Electric said the introduction of digital and cashless payment options is part of its broader effort to make bill payment simple, transparent, and timely for its customers.
The company added that such facilities are aimed at improving the overall service experience by reducing the time and effort required to complete routine transactions.
