Citizens can now access NADRA’s e-Sahulat and e-Stamp services at the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Markaz (PAKC) in Islamabad, further expanding the range of digital public services available under one roof.
The National Information Technology Board (NITB) announced that the addition of the two services is aimed at improving public access to essential government facilities through a single integrated service center.
The e-Sahulat platform, developed by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), enables citizens to access a wide range of government and private sector services through authorized service points. Initially introduced as an electronic payment system, the platform has evolved into a nationwide digital network offering utility bill payments, biometric verification, identity authentication, tax payments, government fee collection, and several other public services.
In addition to e-Sahulat, the Islamabad center is now providing e-Stamp services, allowing citizens to obtain digitally generated and verifiable stamp certificates instead of conventional stamp papers. The electronic stamp paper system was first introduced in Punjab in 2016 through a collaboration between the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and the Board of Revenue before being expanded to other parts of the country.
Located in Sector G-9, the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Markaz serves as Pakistan’s first integrated citizen service center, bringing together services from multiple government departments under one roof. These include NADRA, the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports, Islamabad Police, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Capital Development Authority (CDA), and the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI).
Besides the newly launched NADRA services, the center also facilitates passport-related services, police character certificates, biometric verification, document attestation, utility bill payments, tax and government fee collection, and other citizen facilitation services.
The Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Markaz was inaugurated in January 2026 and is based on Azerbaijan’s internationally recognized ASAN public service model. The government plans to establish similar integrated service centers in other cities across Pakistan.
Citizens seeking information about the newly available services can contact the PAKC helpline at 1725 or visit the center’s official social media channels for updates.
