The upcoming Vivo V80 has surfaced in the Geekbench database, revealing key details about its chipset, RAM, and software. The listing also gives us an early look at its performance.
The phone appeared with the model number V2648. It uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, which was also used in its predecessor. The tested prototype came with 8GB of RAM, though other configurations could also be offered.
On Geekbench 7.1.0, the vivo V80 scored 1,070 points in the single-core test. It reached 3,552 points in the multi-core test. These results provide an early indication of the phone’s performance.
The V80 is listed with Android 17 out of the box. Vivo will pair Google’s latest Android version with its newly announced OriginOS 7 software. The company has also started sharing official teasers for the phone.
The latest leak also points to a large 7,200 mAh battery. This would give the V80 a significant battery capacity for its segment. Vivo has not yet confirmed the battery specifications through its official channels.
