Samsung may use LPDDR6 RAM and UFS 5.1 storage on some Galaxy S27 Ultra and S27 Pro variants. However, a new Korean report suggests the faster standards could be limited to higher-end configurations.
The Galaxy S27 and S27+ are not expected to receive either standard. The same report also claims to reveal the RAM and storage options for the full Galaxy S27 lineup.

The standard Galaxy S27 could get a storage upgrade at the entry level. The phone is reportedly moving to 256GB as its base storage option. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S27+ and S27 Ultra would keep the same storage options as their predecessors. The S27 Pro is also said to offer a 1TB model, but with 12GB RAM.
That configuration would separate it from the Ultra, which reportedly gets 16GB RAM with 1TB storage. Samsung has not confirmed these specifications yet, so they should be treated as early information. There is also some recent information about the batteries and charging speeds. A Chinese certification reportedly lists a 5,200 mAh battery for the Galaxy S27 Pro.
The Galaxy S27 Ultra is said to feature a larger 5,700 mAh battery. Both models are also expected to support 60W wired charging. Samsung has yet to officially announce the Galaxy S27 series or confirm its memory and storage plans.
