Punjab government-run e-Khidmat centres have introduced a new facility allowing candidates to pay Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) examination fees across the province.
The service is available at all e-Khidmat centres throughout Punjab, giving candidates a transparent and efficient channel for fee submission without difficulty.
All centres will remain open from 9am to 5pm daily, providing candidates with scheduled and reliable access to complete their PPSC fee payments conveniently.
Purpose behind the e-Khidmat network
The e-Khidmat centres were established to deliver government services under one roof, removing bureaucratic hurdles, corruption, nepotism, bribery, and unnecessary paperwork from public dealings.
Previously, citizens faced serious difficulties submitting applications, tracking status updates, and obtaining required documents from government offices.
How the network was established
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) launched e-Khidmat centres to advance e-governance and ensure transparent delivery of government services through the use of modern technology.
In the initial phase, centres were set up at various divisional headquarters across Punjab, offering citizens access to multiple government services at a single location.
Currently, 15 e-Khidmat centres are operational, located in Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Lodhran, Faisalabad, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sahiwal, Multan, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sialkot, Chakwal, Toba Tek Singh, and Rahim Yar Khan.
These centres collectively provide over 160 government services, and more than eight million citizens have benefited from this network since its operations formally began.
According to officials, the e-Khidmat centres have maintained a success rate of 99.9 percent, reflecting consistent and reliable service delivery across all operational locations in Punjab.
Punjab students and examination candidates can visit the official e-Khidmat website for further details regarding fee payment procedures and centre locations across the province.
