The Inter Boards Coordination Commission Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) has launched IBCC ePay, an online payment facility enabling international equivalence applicants to pay fees using Visa and MasterCard from anywhere in the world.
The new digital system is designed to simplify the fee payment process for overseas Pakistanis, international students, and foreign applicants seeking equivalence services. With this launch, users no longer need to rely on physical banking channels, significantly improving convenience, speed, and accessibility.
The initiative is part of IBCC’s broader digital transformation strategy aimed at improving transparency, efficiency, and user-friendly public service delivery.
Speaking at the launch, Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah, Executive Director IBCC, said the platform was introduced under the special directives and continued support of the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training to facilitate applicants worldwide.
He acknowledged the guidance of the federal education leadership and highlighted that the system was developed in-house by IBCC’s IT team, reflecting growing institutional capacity in digital innovation.
Dr. Mallah further noted that additional digital reforms are already in development to further streamline processes, improve transparency, and enhance citizen facilitation across services.
The IBCC reaffirmed its commitment to leveraging technology to provide efficient, accessible, and citizen-centric services for students and stakeholders both in Pakistan and abroad.
