Major General (Retd) Sohail Sabir has been appointed Vice Chancellor of the University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore, for a four-year term.
The appointment was approved by the Governor of Punjab, who also serves as the university’s Chancellor. The Punjab Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department has issued the official notification.
His appointment has been made under the University of Health Sciences, Lahore Ordinance, 2002.
Major General (Retd) Sohail Sabir will serve as Vice Chancellor for four years under the terms of the appointment.
