National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) launched a new mobile application exclusively for the capital market investors making business more friendly for consumers. The investors now can see the details in a more friendly mode with graphical display.

NCCPL is a significant institute of Pakistan’s capital market that provides centralized clearing and settlement services for all trades and transactions performed at Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) in the equities, derivatives and debt market.

The application gives its users their registration details, summarized and detailed trading information, Capital Gains Tax (CGT) details and other activities related to National Custodial Service (NCS) at a glance. The app is very handy to use that brings details with the ease of viewing the necessary information on Mobile and Tablet screens.

The application has been launched for its Android users and soon to be launched for iOS as well. Chief Information Officer NCCPL, Shafiq ur Rehman said, “This is yet another facilitation provided by NCCPL to its valued customers empowering them with the quickest mode of information by keeping the transparency intact.”

This is not the first time the Pakistani government has done something good for investors. Last month, we reported to you that The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has launched a mobile application which will address the complaints and requests filed by the investors.

With this mobile application, users will be able to lodge any complaint or query they are facing and also can track the status of previously filed complaints using their smartphones. SECP Chairman Shaukat Hussain inaugurated the new Service Desk Management System (SDMS) mobile application. The app has been developed as an extension of SECP’s Service Desk Management System (SDMS). The app was created to facilitate the investor and get the regular updates on solving complaints.
