Oppo is expanding its A7 lineup with the new A7 Pro, which will join the A7 Pro Max launched in August. The company has opened pre-orders in China, while the phone is set to officially go on sale on September 11.
The A7 Pro features a 6.57-inch flat OLED display with a 1080×2372 resolution. It also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches up to 1,400 nits of peak brightness. For photography, the phone has a 50MP main camera with an f/1.9 aperture and an 8MP front camera with an f/2.1 aperture.
Battery life is another major focus for the A7 Pro. The phone packs an 8,000 mAh battery with 45W fast wired charging. Oppo says the battery can handle 2,000 full charge cycles before its capacity falls below 80%.
The A7 Pro runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max SoC, paired with 6/8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The phone also offers strong protection against dust and water. It carries IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings. The device measures 159.08 x 75.81 x 8.8 mm and weighs 205g.
In China, the Oppo A7 Pro starts at CNY 2,199 ($327) for the 6GB RAM model. The 8GB RAM version costs CNY 2,499 ($372). Both variants come with 256GB of storage.
