Pakistani embassy in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has suspended all passport processing services following a technical failure that has disrupted operations at the diplomatic mission.
The embassy has officially informed the Pakistani community in the UAE about the technical disruption affecting passport processing, urging residents to await further instructions before visiting.
Pakistanis requiring passport services have been advised to apply through online channels or wait until the embassy formally announces the restoration of normal passport processing operations.
The embassy stated that the Pakistani community would be notified immediately once passport services are fully restored and the technical issues have been successfully resolved.
The suspension is particularly significant as millions of Pakistani nationals are currently residing and working in the United Arab Emirates across various employment sectors.
