The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has announced that the online registration portal for the Medical and Dental Colleges Admission Test (MDCAT) 2026 will reopen next week to facilitate candidates who have not yet completed their registration.
According to a public notice issued by the PMDC, the registration portal will remain open for five days from August 17 to August 21, 2026.
Candidates who have not completed their registration will be required to pay the prescribed fee to finalize their applications during the reopening period.
The MDCAT 2026 is scheduled to be held on September 20, 2026, and candidates seeking admission to medical and dental colleges will need to complete the registration process within the newly announced deadline.
The PMDC said the portal is being reopened specifically to facilitate remaining candidates. However, the council has also reserved the right to cancel applications that remain incomplete.
The latest announcement follows earlier public notices issued by the PMDC on July 20 and July 22 regarding MDCAT registration.
The council has advised candidates to visit its official website for complete registration details and ensure that their applications are properly completed before the deadline.
