The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has processed 73,146 degree attestation applications covering 139,021 academic documents through its paperless online system since its launch on May 11, 2026.
The digital system allows graduates to obtain attested degrees without visiting HEC offices or submitting original documents. Applicants can complete the process online and download electronic certificates directly from their HEC dashboards.
Employers, educational institutions, and other stakeholders can verify the certificates through the commission’s official verification portal. The service aims to simplify degree attestation for graduates seeking employment, further education, and other professional or administrative purposes while reducing paperwork and physical visits to HEC offices.
