The Ministry of Religious Affairs has fixed November 20 as the last date for private Hajj pilgrims to complete their registration and booking process, with all applications to be submitted through the Pak Hajj App or the Hajj Portal.
Officials said the ministry has rolled out a three-installment payment structure this year, aimed at making the financial commitment more manageable for intending pilgrims. Under the new arrangement, payments will only be accepted digitally through the two official platforms.
The ministry has also moved to tighten oversight of the payment process, warning pilgrims against handing over funds directly to individuals or private companies. It said any payment made outside the Pak Hajj App or Hajj Portal would not be covered by the government, placing the financial risk squarely on the pilgrim.
With the deadline now set, private Hajj operators and prospective pilgrims are expected to finalize their applications and payments in the coming weeks ahead of the November 20 cut-off.
