The Sindh government has announced firm deadlines for releasing matriculation and intermediate examination results, with matric outcomes due by 10 July across all divisions.
Intermediate results will be declared by 31 July, following a high-level review meeting held in Karachi under Provincial Minister for Universities and Boards Muhammad Ismail Rahu.
The meeting was attended by Universities Secretary Muhammad Abbas Baloch and chairpersons of all educational boards operating across the province of Sindh.
Officials reviewed the conduct of annual matric and intermediate examinations, with all boards presenting detailed updates on arrangements in their respective divisional jurisdictions.
Results for 9th and 11th grades will be issued separately by 31 August, while intermediate examinations in the Karachi division are scheduled to conclude on 15 June.
Minister Rahu emphasised that timely declaration of results was essential to allow students across Sindh to secure admissions into higher educational institutions without unnecessary delay.
He confirmed that the provincial government would continue extending support to examination boards to strengthen transparency, merit, and the overall integrity of the examination system.
Officials informed the meeting that certain examination teams in the Sukkur division had their duties cancelled due to poor performance recorded during the ongoing examination period.
Secretary Muhammad Abbas Baloch further noted that multiple cases were registered in Karachi against individuals found violating Section 144 restrictions imposed during the examination period.
