The Supreme Court of Pakistan and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to strengthen the court’s digital infrastructure and improve its website, mobile application, and other online services.
The agreement was signed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court and NADRA’s Chief Projects Officer. Under the MoU, NADRA will provide hosting, back-end infrastructure, and technical support for the Supreme Court’s website and mobile app.
NADRA will also assist with the maintenance of the court’s digital platforms and the implementation of approved upgrades. The initiative is aimed at making the Supreme Court’s online services more reliable, efficient, and accessible to the public.
The upgraded platforms are expected to provide citizens and lawyers with easier access to judicial information, including cause lists, court decisions, and other authorized court-related information.
The initiative will help users access important judicial services online, reducing the need for physical visits to obtain court information.
Under the agreement, NADRA will also continue providing technical support for the Supreme Court’s 1818 helpline.
The cooperation between the Supreme Court and NADRA is part of broader efforts to modernize judicial services through digital technology and improve public access to court information and services.
