Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Headphones Neo in Pakistan, adding a new wireless option to its local audio lineup. The over-ear headphones are now available through Xiaomi’s official online store for Rs. 18,999.
The Redmi Headphones Neo feature 40mm titanium-plated dynamic drivers for a stronger bass response and clear treble. They also offer up to 42dB adaptive Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) for a quieter listening experience.
Users can select from three ANC levels or let Adaptive ANC adjust the setting based on surrounding noise. For calls, three microphones use AI noise reduction, while wind-noise reduction works at speeds of up to 5m/s.
The headphones include four EQ presets: Balanced, Enhance Bass, Enhance Treble, and Enhance Voice. Users can also create a custom sound profile through the Xiaomi Earbuds app. For wired listening, the headphones support Hi-Res Audio through USB-C. USB Audio mode offers a frequency response of up to 20Hz–40kHz. However, Hi-Res certification applies only to wired playback.
The Redmi Headphones Neo weigh about 263 grams and measure 202 × 183 × 47mm. They come in Obsidian Black, White, and Mist Blue, with protein-leather cushions and low-pressure foam for added comfort.
Bluetooth 5.4 provides wireless connectivity with a claimed range of up to 10 meters. The headphones also support dual-device connections and Google Fast Pair for compatible devices. HyperOS users can access Audio Sharing on supported devices. This feature allows two pairs of headphones to connect to one device at the same time.
A 600mAh battery powers the Redmi Headphones Neo. Xiaomi claims up to 72 hours of music playback with ANC turned off. A 10-minute charge can also provide up to five hours of playback.
Charging takes place through USB-C, while the headphones come with a three-month warranty. At Rs. 18,999, the Redmi Headphones Neo offer ANC, long battery life, and wired Hi-Res Audio in one package for Pakistani buyers.
