WhatsApp is preparing to launch an AI-powered chat feature in its next update, according to reports. Now ready for iOS, this upgrade promises a smooth and enhanced user experience.
The current Communities tab in the bottom navigation bar is going to be replaced by the newest tab. Nevertheless, under the Chats tab, users may access their existing communities and create new ones; the app’s essential features will remain unchanged, but talks driven by AI will take center stage.
This upgrade is part of Meta’s larger plan to streamline user experience with various AI tools and chatbots by consolidating all the latest AI-powered capabilities into one place.
Chatbots created by Meta as well as those created by third parties will be available under the AI-driven chats page, providing users with a diverse range of conversation experiences powered by AI.
This major change comes after the release of AI Studio, which was already available in some countries; nonetheless, the new dedicated page will provide more exposure for AI-centric activities.
