Punjab has launched a new merit based scholarship card under the Hunarmand Punjab Program, offering students across Pakistan free IT training, laptops, solar panels, e-bikes, and multiple digital resources. “Eligible students will receive 100% free IT training along with laptops, solar panels, e-bikes and other essential resources.”
