Under this new scheme, the government plans to assist 100,000 eligible applicants who already have verified foreign job offers. By providing interest-free loans, the Parwaaz Card ensures that financial constraints do not prevent skilled workers from pursuing international careers.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, reside in Punjab, and hold a valid job offer from an authorized overseas employer. The government emphasizes transparent and organized access to the program, making the application process straightforward for eligible candidates.
Pakistanis often face challenges in securing overseas employment due to high upfront costs.
