New Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Sialkot Stallionz has revealed its first set of retained players ahead of the first ever PSL 11 player auction.
Stallionz announced on its official social media platform that Mohammad Nawaz, Salman Mirza, Ahmed Daniyal, and Saad Masood have been confirmed as part of its early core.
Stallionz selected Nawaz in the category for Rs. 61.6 million from Islamabad United, while Salman Mirza was retained in the category on a Rs. 39.2 million deal from Lahore Qalandars.
Ahmed Daniyal was secured in the category for Rs. 22.4 million from Lahore Qalandars, while Saad Masood was retained in the category on a 8.4 million deal from Islamabad United.
For PSL 11, franchises have a total budget of Rs. 450 million for squad formation. Stallionz have already spent Rs. 131.6 million on retentions, leaving the remainder for the auction.
Yesterday, Stallionz also confirmed Australian batting great Steven Smith as a direct signing for the upcoming season.

Islamabad United and Karachi Kings have also announced the names of their direct signings for the upcoming PSL ahead of the much awaited auction.
Three times champions United have signed star New Zealand batter Devon Conway as their latest overseas addition for the 2026 season, with the deal valued at Rs. 6.30 crore.
Karachi Kings have confirmed the signing of experienced England allrounder Moeen Ali for Rs. 6.44 crore under the direct signing mechanism for HBL PSL 11.
