Xiaomi has locked in the launch date for its new Poco C81 series of budget 4G smartphones in India. The company has also shared early battery details, offering a clearer picture ahead of the official reveal.
The Poco C81 and Poco C81X will debut in India on April 23. Both devices will go on sale through Flipkart. The C81 will replace the Poco C71, which launched in April last year. After the India release, it is possible these phones may arrive in Pakistan as well, as the brand often expands to nearby markets.
Teaser listings on Flipkart confirm that the Poco C81 will pack a 6,300mAh battery. It will support 15W wired charging and 7.5W wired reverse charging. The phone will also include a 13MP primary rear camera.
Meanwhile, the Poco C81X will feature a 5,200mAh battery. Early images suggest it will offer a single rear camera setup. More details are expected before the launch later this week.
