iQOO has revealed more details about the iQOO 16’s redesigned rear panel. The phone will debut later this month alongside the iQOO Pad Ultra. The new phone features a square camera module with a raised lip around it. The module houses three cameras in a distinct layout.
The LED flash sits in the top-right corner outside the camera island. Meanwhile, “100x Tele” branding is printed inside the camera module. The raised frame around the cameras may provide extra protection for the lenses. The showcased Light Chaser variant also has a hexagonal pattern on its rear panel.
The iQOO 16 appears to use a flat aluminum frame with rounded corners. iQOO has also shared a short video showing the phone from different angles. The company has yet to confirm the phone’s specifications. However, recent leaks point to a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Extreme chipset.
The phone is also expected to feature a flat 6.85-inch 2K display with a 165Hz refresh rate. It could also pack a large 8,400mAh battery. More details are expected when iQOO officially launches the iQOO 16 later this month.
