Allama Iqbal Open University has announced admissions for a new batch of online digital skills courses aimed at students, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and job seekers looking to enhance their earning potential in the digital economy.
The courses are being offered through the university’s Centre for Lifelong Learning (CLL) in collaboration with iSkills and focus on practical, market-driven training that can help participants build online businesses and freelance careers.
Under the new program, admissions are open for three specialized courses:
- E-Commerce and Business Automation
- YouTube Automation and Monetization (AI-Powered)
- Etsy Marketplace and Digital Products Business
Each program will run for three months, followed by an additional three months of mentorship and post-course support to help participants apply their skills in real-world business and freelancing environments.
The university has set the course fee at Rs. 15,000 per program, while the minimum eligibility requirement is Matriculation.
Training will be conducted by renowned digital skills trainer Tanveer Nandla and his team, who will provide hands-on guidance on e-commerce, content monetization, automation tools, and digital entrepreneurship.
According to the announced schedule, admissions opened on June 8, 2026, and applications will be accepted until July 3, 2026. Classes for the first cohort are scheduled to begin on July 10, 2026.
The initiative aligns with growing demand for digital skills and online income opportunities in Pakistan, as more young people turn to freelancing, e-commerce, and content creation for employment and entrepreneurship.
