Apple has started selling the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max in the first wave of 65 countries. The launch follows last week’s announcement and a six-day pre-order period. The first wave includes Australia, Canada, China, Colombia, France, Germany, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, the UAE, the UK, the US, and Vietnam.
Apple will expand availability to another 20 countries on September 25. Customers who placed pre-orders should start receiving their new iPhones today. The iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max can also be purchased through Apple’s online and physical stores. Third-party retailers and carriers are offering both models as well.
The new models cost more than their predecessors did at launch in several major markets. In the US, both iPhone 18 Pro models are $100 more expensive. Prices have also increased across Europe and the UK. Buyers in the EU will pay €150 more, while UK prices are up by £100.
In China, prices are up by CNY 1,000, while in Japan, the increase stands at JPY 40,000. Apple is also planning the next major launch for its new iPhone lineup. The iPhone Duo will open for pre-orders on October 16 across the same regions and countries.
Shipments of the iPhone Duo will begin on October 23. Apple will then expand availability to another 28 countries on October 30.
