The ride-hailing app Careem has announced to expand its services to 3 more cities of Pakistan: Hyderabad, Peshawar and Faisalabad.
The Dubai-based multinational transportation company is planning to grow out of three main cities of Pakistan; Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. The announcement reads,
“It’s time to welcome Hyderabad, Peshawar, and Faisalabad in our ever expanding Careem family! With this test launch, we aim to embrace all vibrant cultures of our beloved nation. (More to come soon!)”

Careem is offering a launch promo “CareemKarao” that lets users book a car for Rs.100 within these cities. The terms and conditions include:
- Valid for Hyderabad, Peshawar & Faisalabad
- For all car types
- For NOW booking only
- Valid up to 12 kilometers
- Per Person Usage: 2
Established in 2012, Careem is UAE-based chauffeur service which is operating in about 47 cities of Middle Eastern North Africa (MENA) including Dubai, Qatar, Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arab and others. It aims to provide safe, reliable and affordable services to its customers. Customers make a trip request through the Careem application on their smartphones and then drivers pick them up. Careem is also testing “Tezz Rickshaw” service in Lahore and Karachi.
