AdalFi is gearing up for a major financial milestone. The Pakistani digital lending platform, AdalFi, plans to launch an initial public offering (IPO) at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) next month. According to recent reports, the company aims to raise up to PKR 652 million ($2.35 million). AdalFi will achieve this by issuing new shares at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). Ultimately, the subsidiary of Techlogix wants to expand its Islamic and small-business loan services.
Powering Credit Access Through AI
Currently, only 30% of adults in Pakistan have access to formal banking services. Therefore, AdalFi wants to equalize credit access for all Pakistanis. The B2B2C fintech leverages artificial intelligence and data to power its credit decisions. Specifically, the company uses proprietary technology to score existing financial transactional data held by banks. Consequently, it enables personalized digital marketing to qualified prospects. Furthermore, the platform provides real-time loans while maintaining rigorous credit scoring to ensure portfolio quality for banks.
Previously, AdalFi successfully raised $7.5 million in a February 2023 funding round. UAE-based COTU Ventures and Chimaera Ventures led that round alongside Pakistan-based Fatima Gobi Ventures, Zayn Capital, and various angel investors.
AdalFi to Join A Thriving IPO Market at PSX
Meanwhile, the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) is experiencing a massive IPO revival in the ongoing year 2026. The market demonstrates significant momentum and robust post-listing performance. Improved macroeconomic stability under the International Monetary Fund (IMF) program heavily drives this surge. Additionally, positive market sentiment, falling interest rates, high liquidity, and political stability play crucial roles. Recently, several major companies successfully launched their public offerings.
