The data of the much popular game Cyberpunk 2077 which was once hacked is now emerging in the form of leaks. Moreover, videos have even emerged which consists of the gameplay alongside an early0third person’s take on the game.
This was due to the team behind the game, CD Projekt Red, being a target of numerous cyberattacks which involved hackers stealing the team’s internal documents and source code. Later on, the data was said to be bought at an auction on the dark web, the person who bought the data, later on, shared the data on the web which has now started to appear online.
As of now, the data appears to be in the form of montages of the pre-release. These montages consist of licensed music and seem to spoof high production value trailers with many interesting bugs on display. This even extends to a video emerging consisting of a third-person mode of the game which was an early development.
