Easypaisa has announced the full restoration of all its services following a widespread disruption that prevented thousands of users across Pakistan from accessing their accounts.
The company confirmed in an official update that its app is now fully operational and that all users can resume transactions and access every available service without further interruption.
Thousands of Easypaisa users had reported being unable to log in to their accounts despite entering the correct PIN during the period when the disruption was actively affecting the platform.
Biometric authentication, including fingerprint verification, also failed to function properly for a significant number of users attempting to access their accounts through the mobile app during the outage.
Easypaisa had previously acknowledged the disruption and confirmed that its technical teams were working to restore all services to normal operation as quickly as possible for affected users.
The company assured all users that their funds remained completely safe throughout the disruption and that no financial loss had occurred as a result of the service outage.
Easypaisa thanked its users for their patience and continued trust during the disruption period, stating that customer support remained a central priority for the company throughout the entire outage.
