Honor has listed another Magic9 series smartphone on the Google Play Console. The device is called the Honor Magic9 Lite+ and appears to be heading for global markets. The Magic9 Lite+ carries the model number BSN-NX1, according to the listing. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset and comes with 8GB of RAM.
The listing also shows a 1280×2788 display resolution. However, Google Play Console does not reveal any other hardware details about the phone. There is an interesting detail about the Magic9 Lite+ name. Its BSN-NX1 model number is also linked to the Honor X9e Pro 5G. That phone recently launched in several Asian markets.
This suggests the Magic9 Lite+ could be a rebranded version of the X9e Pro 5G. Honor has yet to confirm whether both phones are identical. If the two devices are indeed the same, the Magic9 Lite+ could offer more capable hardware than the Play Console listing suggests. The phone may feature a 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The display could also reach 10,000 nits of peak brightness. Storage options may include 256GB and 512GB, giving buyers more space for apps and media. On the camera side, the phone is expected to feature a 108MP main sensor with OIS. It could be paired with a 5MP ultrawide camera and a 16MP selfie camera.
The battery could be another major feature of the Magic9 Lite+. The phone may pack an 11,000 mAh battery with support for 80W wired charging. For now, these additional specifications remain unconfirmed. The Google Play Console listing only confirms the model number, chipset, RAM, and display resolution.
Honor has not yet announced when the Magic9 Lite+ will launch globally. More details are likely to surface as the company prepares the phone for international markets.
