Meta’s Muse AI agent can now connect with Spotify, adding music, audiobooks, and podcasts to its growing list of supported services. Users can connect to Spotify by simply asking Muse. Once linked, Muse can play content, save items to a library, and create playlists from within the conversation.
The integration also lets Muse help users discover new music, books, and podcasts. This makes Spotify content easier to access without leaving the Muse chat. Muse can also create a personal podcast using information from your conversations. It can turn daily briefings, notes, and ideas into audio content. The resulting podcast is then saved to your Spotify library.
The Spotify integration follows several other recent service connections. These include Box, GitHub, Granola, Notion, Expedia, Turo, Viator, 1Password, OpenTable, Peloton, Plaid, and Ticketmaster. Muse also supports payment services and related integrations. These include Shopify’s Shop Pay, Stripe’s Link, and PayPal.
However, Muse remains limited to the US, Canada, and Mexico. Meta has not provided a timeline for its wider availability. Muse is designed as an AI agent that users can interact with through an ongoing conversation. It has a customizable avatar and can perform tasks across supported services.
The agent can also work with Meta’s own platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Threads. Meta currently offers all of these Muse features for free.
