Shabina Mustafa started The Garage School in November 1999 with the aim of educating the under privileged children around the Clifton Area in Karachi. The Garage School, TGS supports over 400 children with an average of 90 students enrolling each year. The social project has made significant contributions to the society. Shabina was happy to receive the donation and and emphasized on the importance of education for all.

“I would like to thank Microsoft for their generosity and noble donation which they have given to The Garage School. Their commitment for providing IT-based education and knowledge at the grass root level is commendable.”- Shabina Mustafa, Founder, The Garage School

While Microsoft Devices’gesture is commendable, there is need for more tech support at the grass root level not only in social projects like The Garage School but also in public schools so maximum children can benefit from the advantages of IT.
