Fresh leaks have given us an early look at Motorola’s next mid-range phone, the Moto G87. This time, the details feel more concrete. Well-known tipster Evan Blass has shared official-looking renders, offering a clearer picture of what’s coming.
At the front, the Moto G87 keeps a familiar design. It uses a flat display with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. This layout closely matches its predecessor, the Moto G86. Although exact display specs are still unknown, it will likely feature a 6.67-inch OLED panel once again.
Meanwhile, the back panel also follows a similar design language. However, there is a notable hardware upgrade. The previous 50MP main camera has now been replaced with a 200MP sensor. The leak does not confirm the exact sensor model, but it highlights “Ultra-Res” branding along with OIS support. In addition, an extra camera module is visible, which will likely include an ultrawide lens.
On the design side, Motorola plans to offer fresh color options. The Moto G87 will arrive in Pantone Overture Gray and Pantone Blue Atoll. Both finishes appear in the leaked renders and give the device a modern look.
The phone is expected to run on a Dimensity 6000 series chipset, specifically the MT6835. As for pricing, earlier leaks suggest the device will retail for around €400 in Europe.
