Android’s Quick Share is quietly becoming more powerful as AirDrop support expands across more devices. The latest updates bring smoother cross-platform file sharing to Oppo and Vivo flagships, while Samsung and Pixel users continue to benefit from the wider rollout. This shift is making it easier to move files between Android, iOS, iPadOS, and macOS without friction.
The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is now confirmed to support the updated Quick Share system with AirDrop compatibility. This means users can send and receive files directly across Apple and Android devices using a unified sharing method. The information is confirmed through the official global product page of the device.
At the same time, the vivo X300 Ultra has also joined the list of supported devices. A separate report confirms that it works with the same AirDrop-enabled Quick Share feature, giving users similar cross-platform transfer capabilities.
Google first launched AirDrop support in Quick Share in November last year. The Pixel 10 series was the first to receive it. Later, the feature reached the Pixel 9 lineup as well. Samsung expanded support to its Galaxy S26 series last month, marking another step in broader adoption.
Google has also stated that the rollout will continue gradually. More Android brands are expected to add support in upcoming updates as the ecosystem moves toward simpler file sharing across platforms.
