Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is expanding its international network with the introduction of a new direct flight connecting Lahore and Manchester.
The service is set to begin in early July, operating one weekly flight in each direction using a Boeing 777 aircraft.
- Manchester to Lahore (PK710): Departs every Friday at 7:30 PM, arriving in Lahore at 7:30 AM after an eight-hour journey.
- Lahore to Manchester (PK709): Departs every Saturday at 12:25 PM, arriving in Manchester at 5:00 PM, with a flight duration of approximately eight hours and 35 minutes.
This expansion comes as part of PIA’s efforts to rebuild its international operations. Earlier, the airline resumed direct flights from Lahore to London on March 30, ending a six-year hiatus following lifted restrictions on Pakistani carriers.
In addition, PIA has launched three weekly flights from Islamabad to London, further strengthening its presence in the UK market.
Passengers are encouraged to book early as PIA gradually increases its international connectivity to meet growing travel demand.
